Requirements
- Solid experience (at least 5 years) as a Business Analyst in complex, integrated environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), including writing user stories
- Experience working with tools like JIRA (AirFocus is a plus)
- Ability to apply business analysis techniques to drive business change
- Experience working with data solutions and understanding end-to-end data processes
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GxP or similar)
- Experience working in global, distributed teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in consent management or data privacy-related projects
- Exposure to data analysis concepts within regulated industries
- Background in pharma/life sciences, especially clinical trials
- Familiarity with User-Centred Design/Design Thinking
- Experience with UX/UI, prototyping, or business process design
- Technical or business-related degree
