- Extensive knowledge of Veeva RIMS and its modules
- Experience with UML, BPMN, Requirements Analysis
- strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and agile delivery skills
- Proven experience with Change Management processes in Veeva RIM or other GxP systems
- Industry experience in Pharma
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed Veeva application specifications
- Leading analysis projects by facilitating stakeholder discussions and documenting data-driven insights
- Assessing current and future business processes through analytics and testing within Veeva RIMS
- Recommending process improvements and documenting their impact
- Developing training materials, process maps, and guidance documentation
- Ensuring high-quality requirements and supporting backlog prioritization
