Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment.
- Proven track record in creating business cases.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic understanding of AI use cases relevant to banking.
- Basic knowledge of SOC2 / ISO 27001 compliance standards.
- Fluent German (C1+) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Creating and prioritizing user stories in collaboration with specialist departments.
- Developing comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
- Managing stakeholders across business units and IT.
- Coordinating with Finanz Informatik on requirements feasibility.
- Ensuring compliant documentation of requirements in accordance with SOC2 and ISO 27001.
- Identifying potential AI applications within their workstream.
