Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT business and system analysis
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on mobile software development projects for the retail/e-commerce industry
- Great communication skills, the ability to ask the right questions and drill deep to get valuable answers
- Experience in carrying out workshops and interviews with clients
- Knowledge of relevant methodologies for drawing up software requirements and business processes (practical knowledge of BPMN and UML)
- Understanding of integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST API, GraphQL, SOAP) and their architectural impact
- Understanding of how databases and cloud solutions work
- Ability to read, analyze, and verify technical documentation and external system API specifications
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system/integration testing
- Practical, proven use of AI tools in day-to-day analytical work (requirements processing, documentation)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to produce development-ready analytical output (user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications)
- Great analytical skills, adaptability, self-reliance, and creativity
- Preferably a Technical Degree
- Experience in working with clients at all levels of large and small organizations
- Fluency in both English (C1-C2) and Polish
Responsibilities
- Working with our clients to gather information about their needs, business processes, and the problems which they are looking to solve by implementing bespoke software applications and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements
- Drawing up clear and concise software documentation, user stories, use cases, etc.
- Converting the gathered information into an actionable backlog of tasks for software engineers
- Modeling processes and designing the software to support them
- Conducting impact analysis of proposed changes on existing integration systems and architecture
- Supporting software engineers in the process of development by providing additional information when necessary
- Actively collaborating with solution architects and software engineers to design the system structure and advise on technology choices
