Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, trade marketing, or e-commerce within FMCG consumer goods or similar industries.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience working with trade marketing calendars and relevant productions.
  • Experience managing elaborate product data, pricing, SKUs, and digital content assets.
  • Understanding of both B&M and e-commerce merchandising, product setup, and content best practices.
  • Eloquence in customer communications and customer relationship building.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines, calendars, and customer requirements.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, update, and identify gaps in written and visual assets for all e-commerce partners, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate Frida’s owned and external e-commerce presence overhaul, including coordinating creation, gathering and submitting upgraded copy, visuals, and enhanced content, working cross-functionally with inhouse teams.
  • Support and maintain the marketing and trade marketing calendars for the Nordics and the UK, ensuring timely alignment with global and regional priorities.
  • Monitor customer promotional calendars, ensuring our brand is represented, activated, and supported according to plan.
  • Track and meet customer revision deadlines, proactively communicating upcoming requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Gather, maintain, and update SKUs, pricing, and all relevant product data per customer.
  • Manage and execute product submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Review and optimize product portfolio per customer, identifying gaps, new opportunities, and rationalization needs.
