  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring delivery within scope and timeline.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Map and analyze client workflows, operational processes, and existing technology stacks to understand how teams currently operate.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend optimal platform configurations based on client needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
  • Manage and coordinate the deployment team to ensure solutions are delivered according to defined scope, timelines, and requirements.
  • Oversee implementation progress, ensuring projects remain aligned with technical specifications and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and support successful system adoption.
  • Assist clients during system rollout and provide guidance on best practices for platform utilization and workflow optimization.
