Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM/ERP implementation consulting, technology deployment, or systems integration roles.
- Experience evaluating business processes and translating operational requirements into system configurations.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring delivery within scope and timeline.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-facing mindset.
Responsibilities
- Map and analyze client workflows, operational processes, and existing technology stacks to understand how teams currently operate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend optimal platform configurations based on client needs.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
- Manage and coordinate the deployment team to ensure solutions are delivered according to defined scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Oversee implementation progress, ensuring projects remain aligned with technical specifications and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and support successful system adoption.
- Assist clients during system rollout and provide guidance on best practices for platform utilization and workflow optimization.
