Requirements
- Proven experience in construction accounting, AIA billing, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of payment platform reconciliation (Zelle, CashApp, ACH, wire transfers).
- Experience with notary documentation routing and administrative coordination.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards and financial reports for management visibility.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Manage and update daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
- Reconcile all incoming and outgoing transactions via Zelle, CashApp, ACH, and other payment platforms.
- Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, ensuring timely collections and accurate postings.
- Prepare AIA progress billing applications and support project-related submissions.
- Handle notary routing, document tracking, and record maintenance.
- Update and manage financial dashboards, ensuring real-time accuracy of key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with management for financial data reviews, variance analysis, and reporting accuracy.
