Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Law degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with contracts in a fast-paced, in-house environment
- Background in marketing, software, or lead generation is a plus
- Proven experience managing legal projects from conception to completion
- Excellent English communication skills (Slack, email, phone, and in-person)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on precision
- Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working US business hours
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet, and back-up connection

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the drafting, negotiation, review, and completion of NDAs, MSAs, IOs, contracts and other legal agreements as needed
- Maintain and update contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks
- Assist customers, clients, partners, employees as needed in support of data privacy requests
- Maintain records of contracts and other legal agreements, liaise with impacted internal departments to ensure understanding and continual compliance with contractual obligations
- Work with various internal departments and organizational leadership to develop/support new process/procedures in support of compliance requirements
- Provide guidance as needed to other operational staff to increase compliance-related competencies throughout the organization
- Assist with international governance and compliance requirements
- Research and report on current laws and regulations as needed, such as local privacy requirements
- Complete vendor onboarding/maintenance documents and maintain accurate records of vendor and contract artifacts.
- Assist in the completion of all Vendor and Security Assessments/Questionnaires
