- Strong English fluency: Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 preferred).
- Experience in the restaurant industry (at least 1 year, a plus).
Responsibilities
- Welcome newly-signed partners to the Owner platform.
- Ensure alignment on expectations for mobile app and website launch.
- Balance a portfolio of partners in different stages of the onboarding journey.
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound emails, calls, and SMS messages.
- Log all activity in Salesforce.
- Collect necessary assets and information.
- Coordinate internally across multiple teams.
- Set proper expectations ahead of launch.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager.
- Advocate for restaurant owners so that they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence.
- Coach and educate restaurant owners on best practices for online ordering setup.
- Work on projects and initiatives to improve internal processes.
- Provide relevant product feedback to the engineering team.
- Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
