Requirements

  • Experience in the restaurant industry (at least 1 year, a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome newly-signed partners to the Owner platform.
  • Ensure alignment on expectations for mobile app and website launch.
  • Balance a portfolio of partners in different stages of the onboarding journey.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound emails, calls, and SMS messages.
  • Log all activity in Salesforce.
  • Collect necessary assets and information.
  • Coordinate internally across multiple teams.
  • Set proper expectations ahead of launch.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager.
  • Advocate for restaurant owners so that they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence.
  • Coach and educate restaurant owners on best practices for online ordering setup.
  • Work on projects and initiatives to improve internal processes.
  • Provide relevant product feedback to the engineering team.
  • Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
