Requirements

  • Led or supported B2B growth or sales initiatives with measurable revenue impact.
  • Built and managed pipeline generation systems across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Used AI tools or automation to improve sales or growth workflows.
  • Operated in startup or fast-growth environments where adaptability and speed are critical.
  • Worked with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track pipeline and performance.
  • Contributed to ICP development, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the systems that generate and convert pipeline across inbound and outbound channels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality pipeline that supports revenue targets and growth goals.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that increase productivity across lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and sales analytics.
  • Continuously refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) to ensure growth efforts focus on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Monitor performance across the entire pipeline and implement improvements to increase conversion and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and operations to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
