Requirements
- Led or supported B2B growth or sales initiatives with measurable revenue impact.
- Built and managed pipeline generation systems across inbound and outbound channels.
- Used AI tools or automation to improve sales or growth workflows.
- Operated in startup or fast-growth environments where adaptability and speed are critical.
- Worked with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track pipeline and performance.
- Contributed to ICP development, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup device must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
Responsibilities
- Own the systems that generate and convert pipeline across inbound and outbound channels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality pipeline that supports revenue targets and growth goals.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows that increase productivity across lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and sales analytics.
- Continuously refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) to ensure growth efforts focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Monitor performance across the entire pipeline and implement improvements to increase conversion and deal velocity.
- Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and operations to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
