Requirements

- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Creative problem-solver with a strong eye for visual storytelling and production quality
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print production, and large-format design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and print-ready file preparation
- Experience coordinating directly with printers and production vendors
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish
- Illustration skills and basic video editing capabilities
- Experience designing for retail, storefront, or physical brand environments
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools in remote workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems across physical and promotional materials
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and visual standards across all deliverables
- Design storefront window graphics, signage, decals, banners, and other large-format materials
- Create print-ready assets including flyers, postcards, menus, packaging, stickers, and promotional collateral
- Prepare production files with correct bleeds, margins, color profiles, and printer specifications
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate output and successful production execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Ensure deadlines are met across fast-moving production schedules
