Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Senior Designer
  • Proven experience in B2B branding and marketing environments
  • Strong background in brand systems, visual identity, and design guidelines
  • Experience designing integrated campaigns (not only isolated assets)
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and composition
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in English
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve B2B brand systems, visual frameworks, and design guidelines
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Create campaign toolkits, key visuals, and assets for multi-channel execution
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, strategy)
  • Translate business objectives and brand positioning into effective design solutions
  • Present and explain design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Work efficiently in a remote, feedback-driven environment
