Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment for technical and/or non-technical roles
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and pipeline management
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of workforce planning and hiring forecasting
- Ability to influence stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor to leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of market trends and hiring best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and People teams to define hiring needs and strategies
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve talent quality and diversity
- Analyze recruitment metrics and use data insights to optimize hiring processes and outcomes
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all stages of recruitment
- Manage ATS workflows and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and SLAs
- Strengthen the employer value proposition through consistent candidate experience
- Support workforce planning and align hiring needs with compensation and business strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor practices to enhance talent attraction strategies
