Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or People Operations with strong recruiting focus
  • Hands-on experience managing an ATS (Lever strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and build structured hiring processes
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a candidate-first and stakeholder-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously
  • Familiarity with People systems and tools (Deel or similar platforms is a plus)
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation in recruiting workflows is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable operating in a global, remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate workflows, reporting, and system configuration
  • Partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, job descriptions, interview plans, scorecards, and assessments
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
  • Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
  • Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Conduct reference checks and support final hiring decisions with clear documentation and insights
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership on hiring approvals, budgeting, and recruitment tools
  • Support People Operations tasks including onboarding, offboarding, data management, and employee records maintenance
  • Assist in engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal People processes to support organizational culture
