Requirements
- Strong background in strategy consulting, business operations, corporate development, or growth roles in high-growth or scale-up environments
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges
- Proven experience driving end-to-end strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership mindset with high ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global organizations
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of SaaS and B2B software markets is highly desirable
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action and execution
Responsibilities
- Identify and define high-impact revenue growth opportunities using data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder input
- Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business performance and uncover strategic opportunities
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and C-level audiences
- Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, from problem framing and hypothesis development through execution and impact measurement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to secure alignment, influence decision-making, and drive execution across the organization
- Act as a strategic thought partner to revenue and business leaders, supporting resolution of complex commercial challenges
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively identify and shape high-priority business initiatives
- Continuously monitor business performance and recommend improvements to optimize revenue growth outcomes
