Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, compliance, workforce governance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance, including classification rules and co-employment risks
  • Experience working across global employment environments (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM preferred)
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with HR, Legal, Procurement, and business teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar HCM platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on contingent labor compliance, including worker classification, co-employment risk, and global labor law alignment
  • Partner with Contingent Labor, Strategic Sourcing, HR, Legal, and business teams to ensure compliant engagement of external workforce resources
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, research regulatory requirements, and recommend policy and process improvements
  • Support audit preparation, respond to compliance inquiries, and assist with internal and external audit processes
  • Oversee supplier and vendor compliance reviews, ensuring contractual and legal adherence for third-party workforce providers
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of the global HR compliance framework and governance model
  • Monitor evolving employment laws and regulatory changes across global regions and translate them into actionable guidance
  • Maintain documentation, reporting structures, and control mechanisms to support transparency and compliance tracking
