Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex product concepts clearly
- Experience in product support, enablement, customer success, or similar cross-functional roles
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create structured documentation such as training guides, knowledge articles, and onboarding materials
- Comfortable working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and SharePoint
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across product, marketing, and technical teams
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning, teaching, and improving product understanding
- Ability to translate technical or complex information into user-friendly content
Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of product enablement programs for internal teams and external stakeholders using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, onboarding documentation, and product release content
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned product communication
- Assist in facilitating workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve product adoption and understanding
- Build and maintain SharePoint-based knowledge repositories for internal use and customer support enablement
- Triage and manage product-related inquiries through Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure product updates are clearly understood and effectively distributed
