Job Details

5+ years of SAP FI/CO functional experience in finance systems environments.
Hands-on experience implementing SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO processes, including core financial accounting and controlling modules.
Practical experience with SLT, AIF monitoring, and financial data reconciliation activities.
Solid understanding of differences between SAP ECC and S/4HANA finance architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical and business teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Finance or CFIN certification, MDG experience, and SAP Fiori exposure are a plus.
Experience in global or multi-system SAP environments strongly preferred.

Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) solutions supporting global finance transformation initiatives.
Configure and support SLT-based real-time data replication between source systems and S/4HANA.
Map, harmonize, and validate financial data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and reporting accuracy.
Lead business process analysis sessions and design workshops with finance and technical stakeholders.
Configure and support FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting processes.
Manage initial data loads, ongoing replication, and ensure integrity through reconciliation and error handling.
Maintain mapping rules for financial and organizational objects and support AIF monitoring and issue resolution.
Support full testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support for finance end users.
