Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or ecosystem leadership within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation of go-to-market models, such as direct-to-indirect or product-led ecosystem shifts.
- Strong background in designing scalable partner programs across resale, referral, and enablement models.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems aligned with business strategy.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience across sales, finance, legal, product, and operations teams.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data, KPIs, and insights into actionable strategy.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of a global, AI-first partner program aligned with business growth objectives.
- Architect and evolve partner ecosystem models, including MSPs, VARs, and affiliate channels to enable new routes to market.
- Design and implement incentive structures, pricing frameworks, promotions, and pilot programs to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop multi-year partner strategy roadmaps informed by performance data, market insights, and competitive analysis.
- Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to measure partner performance, program ROI, and ecosystem health.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize deal structures, discounting models, and partner economics.
- Improve partner experience by enhancing tools, systems, workflows, and program operations for scalability and efficiency.
- Lead communication strategies, including partner enablement content, program launches, and internal/external messaging.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to integrate partner programs into broader go-to-market and customer success strategies.
