Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partner management, channel sales, or customer success roles.
- Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem, ideally within cybersecurity or IT services environments.
- Proven track record of managing renewals, expansion, and revenue growth within partner or mid-market accounts.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms for pipeline and relationship management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- High bias for action with strong organizational and execution capabilities in a remote-first environment.
- Passion for cybersecurity and delivering value through partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion and renewal performance across assigned service provider partners, achieving or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Build and maintain trusted, multi-level relationships within partner organizations to increase engagement and platform adoption.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them deliver cybersecurity solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner enablement, resolve issues, and align on growth opportunities.
- Monitor partner health, identify risks, and execute proactive retention and expansion strategies.
- Reinforce organizational culture and values while representing the company as a key point of contact in the partner ecosystem.
