Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (marketing agency experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, or Kannada is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace tools.
  • Strong follow-up mindset with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential prospects generated through Facebook, Google Ads, and website inquiries.
  • Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce services and understand client needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and present the company’s offerings to generate interest and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to prospect requirements.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to address questions, objections, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, updates, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
