- Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to manage high-volume outbound activity
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Manage daily outbound outreach to existing customers to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities, while delivering a consultative and value-driven sales experience
- Clearly communicate product benefits and digital safety solutions, aligning recommendations with customer needs and usage patterns
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent performance and disciplined pipeline management
- Stay informed on product updates, cybersecurity trends, and industry developments to act as a knowledgeable advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies, improve messaging, and enhance overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
