  • Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to manage high-volume outbound activity
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily outbound outreach to existing customers to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities, while delivering a consultative and value-driven sales experience
  • Clearly communicate product benefits and digital safety solutions, aligning recommendations with customer needs and usage patterns
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent performance and disciplined pipeline management
  • Stay informed on product updates, cybersecurity trends, and industry developments to act as a knowledgeable advisor
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies, improve messaging, and enhance overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
