Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, inbound/outbound sales, intake coordination, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage warm leads and consistently drive conversion outcomes
- Strong English communication skills with a professional, warm, and confident phone presence
- Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools; familiarity with project management systems is a plus
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or aesthetic medicine environments is highly preferred
- Experience with tools such as Zenoti or similar medical/booking platforms is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume workflows
- US-based work experience required, with ability to operate in CST working hours
Responsibilities
- Engage promptly with warm leads originating from social media and digital campaigns to maximize conversion opportunities
- Guide prospective patients through structured intake conversations, collecting required personal and payment information securely
- Schedule and confirm consultations by managing calendars of clinical consultants and optimizing availability
- Provide clear, friendly, and informative communication to educate leads on services and set expectations for consultations
- Track, update, and manage all lead activity within CRM systems to ensure pipeline accuracy and visibility
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure leads progress efficiently through the booking funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality patient onboarding experience
