Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of complex IT or business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects or programs with high visibility and material business impact.
- Advanced expertise in project governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder leadership.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills at executive and team levels.
- Must be comfortable maintaining discretion and confidentiality around sensitive information.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent PMI certification (Preferred).
- Experience leading technology implementations, data‑driven platforms, or enterprise systems (Preferred).
- Formal change management training or certification (Prosci or similar) (Preferred).
- Proficiency with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana) (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent, complex IT and business initiatives, often spanning teams, functions, and external partners.
- Translate enterprise and departmental strategies into integrated project and program roadmaps with clear outcomes, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage cross‑project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and funding plans.
- Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, investment rationale, value realization, and success measures.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery across the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, in alignment with PMI / PMBOK practices.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision forums.
- Develop and manage multi‑million‑dollar project and program budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and benefits tracking.
- Act as a primary interface with senior business and technology leaders, providing clear, concise, and actionable status reporting.
- Lead integrated change management strategies, including stakeholder impact assessments, communications, training coordination, and adoption metrics.
- Champion PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices, continuously improving delivery maturity and operational efficiency.
