  • Demonstrated success in generating conversations and meetings from cold outreach
  • Resilience and persistence—you view "no" as the start of a conversation, not the end
  • Strong verbal communication and ability to think on your feet during live calls
  • Highly organized with the discipline to manage high activity volumes consistently
  • Experience prospecting into Latin American markets
  • Background in tech, digital media, advertising, or retail
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Conversation Generation (80%)
  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via calls, personalized emails, video messages, and LinkedIn to Spanish & Portuguese-speaking prospects across Latin America
  • Own and work a named account list, developing multi-touch sequences to penetrate target accounts
  • Research prospects and craft tailored messaging that resonates with each contact's specific business challenges
  • Overcome objections and gatekeepers to reach decision-makers at retail and brand organizations
  • Convert cold outreach into qualified discovery calls and meetings for Business Development Leads and senior leadership
  • Hit weekly and monthly activity metrics: calls made, emails sent, conversations held, meetings booked
  • Test and refine outreach approaches, subject lines, and talk tracks to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene: log all activity, update contact records, and track prospect status
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach volume, response rates, and meeting conversion
