Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing or growth marketing experience
  • Experience in leadership roles such as Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Lead, or Head of Marketing
  • Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot
  • Experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with performance-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies focused on pipeline growth
  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives across multiple channels
  • Build scalable marketing systems that generate qualified MQLs and SQLs
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and revenue contribution
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
  • Support content marketing initiatives that improve brand authority and organic traffic
  • Collaborate on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and website optimization
  • Manage and optimize marketing workflows inside HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
