Requirements

  • 4–8 years of professional experience
  • Strong project management experience (complex, cross-functional initiatives)
  • Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO-like function
  • Proven ability to drive execution of budget in fast-paced environments
  • Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or high-growth tech/startup environments
  • Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue or budget targets
  • Comfort working with data (SQL/BI knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models (Nice to have)
  • Experience in healthcare or technology environments (Nice to have)
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python) (Nice to have)
  • Experience working with multicultural, multi-market organizations (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Expansion Project Portfolio (PMO & Strategic Backbone)
  • Structure and prioritize the full portfolio of expansion initiatives
  • Define clear scoping, objectives, KPIs, impact sizing and timelines
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders and markets
  • Ensure initiatives are not only delivered, but effectively implemented and embedded locally
  • Provide strategic input on initiative design, sequencing and trade-offs
  • Directly Lead High-Impact Strategic Projects
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, local markets)
  • Co-own Expansion Budget & Performance Delivery
