Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience
- Strong project management experience (complex, cross-functional initiatives)
- Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO-like function
- Proven ability to drive execution of budget in fast-paced environments
- Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Background in consulting, strategy, or high-growth tech/startup environments
- Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue or budget targets
- Comfort working with data (SQL/BI knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams
- Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models (Nice to have)
- Experience in healthcare or technology environments (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python) (Nice to have)
- Experience working with multicultural, multi-market organizations (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own the Expansion Project Portfolio (PMO & Strategic Backbone)
- Structure and prioritize the full portfolio of expansion initiatives
- Define clear scoping, objectives, KPIs, impact sizing and timelines
- Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and markets
- Ensure initiatives are not only delivered, but effectively implemented and embedded locally
- Provide strategic input on initiative design, sequencing and trade-offs
- Directly Lead High-Impact Strategic Projects
- Align cross-functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, local markets)
- Co-own Expansion Budget & Performance Delivery
