Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in content creation, including shooting, editing, producing, and designing video and visual assets for social media.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, including briefing, managing, and collaborating with creators.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content.
  • Excellent knowledge of local culture, pop trends, and digital communities in France.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to content strategy.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with paid media strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and launch of new Instagram and TikTok channels for the brand in France, ensuring strong local positioning and engagement.
  • Oversee the full content production cycle, from ideation to execution, in collaboration with global creative teams.
  • Develop tone of voice, creative direction, and content vision for social channels, ensuring consistency with brand strategy.
  • Produce and edit weekly self-shot content, contributing directly to the brand’s social output.
  • Cast, brief, and manage creators and influencers to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 creators, driving ideation, trend adoption, and cultural relevance.
  • Ensure content quality, timeliness, and performance across all social platforms.
  • Monitor and integrate local cultural trends, social conversations, and platform innovations into content strategies.
  • Lead community engagement efforts, fostering interaction, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
  • Analyze content performance and deliver regular insights and reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams and external partners to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
  • Maintain efficient workflows, ensuring approvals and coordination across internal and global stakeholders.
