Requirements
- 7–15 years of relevant professional and consulting experience
- Sector: TMT sector (telecommunications, media, high-tech & electronics, software and semiconductors)
- Experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Experience in performance improvement across the value chain
- Experience in growth and margin optimization
- Experience in M&A (Due diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs)
- Experience in AI transformation and growth initiatives
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering implementation-oriented, high-quality solutions across multiple workstreams
- Ability to take full ownership of different areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and hands-on mindset
- Strong academic background; Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English
