Responsibilities
- Configure software platforms to align with specific customer business requirements and processes.
- Perform system testing for new features to ensure accuracy and efficiency before customer deployment.
- Manage customer requests by defining project scope, estimating timelines, and ensuring delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize the value derived from software technology.
- Participate in an intensive team-based onboarding program to develop consulting and industry expertise.
