Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Excellent technical storytelling skills with an ability to explain complex architectural decisions.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proven track record of academic performance.
- Recent university graduate with a maximum of 2 years postgraduate experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20% of the time).
- Passion for working in a challenging, intense environment.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Experience with Python, C, HTML, Java, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools or CLI assistants is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and deploy enterprise SaaS platforms and AI solutions for Life Sciences customers.
- Write production code and develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs.
- Design custom backend logic and execute complex data migration scripts.
- Build DevOps pipelines and deploy AI tools on the Vault Platform.
- Develop cutting-edge, developer-facing tools for the internal services engineering team.
- Take on architectural responsibility and advance from Associate to Consultant within two years.
