Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions.
- Bring experience in implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting.
- Combine strategic business advisory with hands-on technical configuration for external B2B clients.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving agility to analyze complex business needs and design practical technical solutions.
- Have fluent English communication skills.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management, or have equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Reside in Poland and have full legal authorization to work locally.
Responsibilities
- Engage client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains.
- Translate client needs into practical, scalable solution designs.
- Recommend best practices, identify risks, and surface opportunities for client system improvement.
- Configure system enhancements and guide clients in evaluating, testing, and adopting Veeva product releases and capabilities.
- Communicate with customer stakeholders and internal Veeva Product and Services teams to align expectations and support long-term success.
- Share field insights with internal teams.
