Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions.
- Experience across implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting.
- Background combining strategic business advisory with hands-on technical configuration for external B2B clients.
- Strong problem-solving agility to analyze complex business needs and design practical technical solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Physical residence in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains.
- Act as a strategic advisor translating client needs into practical, scalable solution designs.
- Recommend best practices, identify risks, and surface opportunities for system improvement.
- Perform hands-on configuration to deliver system enhancements.
- Guide clients through evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases.
- Lead client communication and partner with internal Product and Services teams to drive long-term success.
