Job Details

Be a recent bachelor's or master's degree graduate.
A degree in any field is accepted.
Have a proven track record of academic performance.
Be fluent in English.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking.
Show genuine curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with software and learn new technologies.
Thrive in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning.
Be willing to travel as needed, up to 20–30% of the time.
Be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union.

Configure the platform to fit customer needs, including enabling features, organizing information, and adapting the system to business operations.
Help customers test new features before release across their company.
Check that tested changes work accurately and efficiently.
Take ownership of customer requests by clarifying the work required and estimating how long it will take.
Keep customer projects on track from start to finish.
Ensure changes are made correctly.
Advise customers on how to get ongoing value from Veeva technology.
