- Bring experience in airline travel supplier or TMC industry relations, sales, and account management.
- Have experience with airline pricing and yield management.
- Have project management experience.
- Have experience with incentive and corporate discount programs.
- Have advanced analytical skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse, cross-functional international teams.
- Have knowledge of industry supplier corporate discount programs.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and manage projects to timelines, client expectations, and resource budgets.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities from current and future client engagements.
- Educate clients on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prepare and conduct client presentations with analysis and consultancy.
- Perform quality-control metrics associated with project delivery.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific client needs.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve internal tools, processes, and service offerings.
- Maintain relationships with account and travel managers and share industry trends and changes.
- Support business development and marketing through client renewals and cross-selling services.
