Responsibilities

- Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online channels
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit
- Reach out to candidates through messages and email
- Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs
- Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records
