Requirements

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior-level administrators (Director level and above)
- Strong discovery, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Experience selling into higher education
- Familiarity with public sector procurement processes
- Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement (e.g., quotas, rankings, certifications)
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to contract execution
- Proactively generate pipeline through phone, email, and social selling strategies
- Lead discovery conversations to understand institutional needs and challenges
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations with authenticity and confidence
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using HubSpot
- Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose
