Requirements
- 7+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience leading and developing a team (direct people management required)
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, data pipelines, system integrations, and automation at a design level
- Experience building or maturing marketing operations infrastructure (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Familiarity with GTM engineering concepts: workflow automation, data infrastructure, AI/ML application in revenue operations
- Proven ability to execute reporting and analytics at scale (not just dashboards, but the data model and definitions underneath)
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM Operations End-to-End, owning prioritization, delivery cadence, and operational accountability.
- Develop and lead two direct reports: the Manager, GTM Systems & Analytics and the Manager, Field Operations.
- Run the forecast rhythm, including deal-level inspection, pipeline reviews, and data collection.
- Translate VP-level strategy into quarterly and monthly execution plans.
- Own the GTM Tech Stack & Technical Direction, defining technical vision and leading automation.
- Lead the shift from manual processes to automated, scalable workflows.
- Build Marketing Operations From the Ground Up, starting with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.
- Drive Reporting & Analytics Execution, ensuring accuracy and building self-serve infrastructure.
- Establish Data Governance & Quality across the GTM stack, setting and enforcing standards.
- Process Optimization, improving opportunity-to-bookings workflows and cross-team handoffs.
