Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engagement and investigation professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals and execution standards across outreach, investigation support, and customer engagement.
- Track team KPIs, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness to turn data into practical actions.
- Analyze engagement pipelines and customer behavior to identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.
- Own regular operational reporting for internal leadership and global partners to ensure absolute visibility.
- Support escalation handling, complex negotiations, and strategic decision-making when senior intervention is required.
