Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented
- Strong Excel skills.
- PowerPoint, and Word experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- SalesForce experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be the project manager for financial institution partners for the initial implementation, and for subsequent product enhancements.
- Support the Partner Marketing Managers with ongoing support requests and content changes/enhancements.
- Proactively manage the partner support ticketing queue and communicate progress internally and externally.
- Support partners with data entry, analysis, and CRM maintenance.
- Respond to partner support requests in a timely and effective manner, while always providing exceptional service.
- Assist with content creation and data analysis to improve partner optimization and success.
- Assist partners with executing marketing campaigns that increase adoption and prove out the SavvyMoney ROI.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to create and update sales collateral and partner presentations.
- Coordinate with product and technology teams to keep the scope and direction of each implementation on schedule, and ensure each partner always has an exceptional experience.
- Assist the Partnership Marketing Manager team to cultivate and manage bank and credit union partners. Be their voice and champion in our organization.
