Requirements

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, including cross-border travel between the US and Canada

- Comfortable using performance metrics and market insights to guide vendor strategy and decision-making

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic vendor partners across all technology aquisition
- Align vendor strategy with business objectives in collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations
- Attend vendor conferences, summits, and partner events to represent Quadbridge
- Support planning and execution of internal and co-branded events (webinars, training, campaigns)
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Track vendor program performance and report on KPIs, rebates, MDF, and incentive utilization
- Coordinate with Sales Ops and Buyers to ensure vendor terms and programs are properly implemented
- Provide strategic input on vendor selection, onboarding, and renewal decisions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on vendor contacts, certifications, and program details
- Act as an escalation point for vendor-related issues impacting sales or operations
