Requirements
- Must have large connections in the required language/s.
- Aged between 18-55 years.
- Access to an Android smartphone.
- Ability to train and manage multiple users.
- Comfortable with using excel and other google tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse communities.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with Android smartphones.
- Commitment to inclusivity and ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard diverse users (ages 20-70) from marginalized communities, ensuring a 50:50 gender ratio.
- Conduct training sessions to understand the project and tasks.
- Onboard users by helping them install the Karya app, complete profile tasks, and record a few sample audio tasks.
- Guide users in completing recordings.
- Ensure users adhere to task guidelines (e.g., no multiple IDs for one person).
- Help users enter accurate details (language, PIN code, etc.) into the platform.
- Provide ongoing assistance to users to ensure task completion and resolve issues.
