Requirements

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce services and identify potential opportunities
- Follow up with previous prospects and inactive leads to re-engage interest
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and assess readiness for the next sales stage
- Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM or tracking systems
- Support pipeline management to ensure consistent lead flow
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and qualification targets
