Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for our U.S. clients – a great communicator, diplomat, and negotiator
- Manage web and mobile projects from end to end – from discovery and scoping to launch and beyond
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and other PMs to bring product ideas to life
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health
- Co-create the product vision with clients – consult on features, MVP strategies, and the best way to deliver value to users
- Lead project staffing and resource planning in collaboration with other departments
- Constantly look for ways to improve how we work – both inside your team and company-wide
