Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle OTM implementations
- Strong expertise across OTM modules: shipment planning & execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher
- Experience in B2B integrations (EDI, API)
- Strong functional configuration and solution design capabilities
- Experience working in both implementation and support environments
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead teams effectively
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead knowledge transition and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth handover to offshore teams
- Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating delivery
- Design and establish processes for steady-state support and onboarding
- Provide system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams
- Standardize and optimize OTM solutions across different customers
- Support both implementation and maintenance projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery excellence
- Contribute to solution design, system improvements, and continuous optimization
