Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to video streaming services.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on video streaming products, features, and promotional offers to inform customers effectively.
  • Collaborate within the team to enhance customer service quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
