- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the video streaming or technology sectors, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting of video streaming services
- Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment in Greece
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to video streaming services.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Stay updated on video streaming products, features, and promotional offers to inform customers effectively.
- Collaborate within the team to enhance customer service quality and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
