Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in a SaaS or data-heavy product environment
- Strong Figma proficiency, including the ability to work within and extend an existing design system
- Ability to balance UX best practices with engineering constraints and business priorities
- Comfortable working iteratively and delivering incremental improvements rather than full redesigns
- English fluency (B2 or higher)
- Experience working with US companies or clients is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on features within our existing Figma-based design system
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to deliver dev-ready designs
- Translate product requirements into intuitive UX that works for our customers without over-engineering the solution
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate efficiently rather than pursuing pixel-perfect final products
- Anticipate UX edge cases and flag potential user experience issues proactively
