- Solid foundation in interaction design and user-centered thinking.
- Ability to adapt across projects and comfort in receiving feedback.
Responsibilities
- Work with AI tools to accelerate the design process and innovate on product designs.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to define and execute a forward-thinking design strategy.
- Create and validate design hypotheses through experimentation, leveraging A/B tests.
- Ensure designs are aligned with the design system and interaction patterns.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets in Figma and other AI tools.
- Design interactive prototypes to communicate flows and micro-interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible.
- Help maintain and evolve the design system through thoughtful application.
