- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve core payment and transfer experiences — one of the most high-impact areas of the product
- Rethink and improve complex end-to-end user flows, making them simple and intuitive
- Work on Plata ATM — designing interfaces for real-world banking touchpoints where clarity, speed, and trust are critical
- Contribute to introducing AI into payment scenarios, shaping how users interact with smarter financial tools
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other designers
- Drive design decisions using data, user insights, and product thinking
