- Answer inbound customer calls and conduct first-round troubleshooting using defined scripts and guidelines.
- Produce accurate internal and external reports in English for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor the scanner and robotic fleet by running queries and following established operational processes.
- Route anomalies in robot behavior or data sources to the appropriate internal escalation teams.
- Support the success of new robot installations and scanner deployments through meticulous data evaluation.
- Draft documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures.
